Sorry Khawla, it's been a bit tough getting back into the work routine and I have been getting rather tired.

Give me a few more days and I shall start posting, correcting and commenting, In Sha Allah.

While the operation was a success, Allhamdillileh, there are various changes and new demands that my body has to get used to dealing with...

Thank you for your kind words and faith in the blog. Actually I have been involved in helping the sister of a former student who needs to get band 7.0 IELTS for ongoing medical training in Canada.

So, I have not forgotten or washed my hands of the blog. Bear with me, dear Khawla and fellow bloggers.

Bye for now

Tony

PS Firas, it was a wonderful game between Spurs and Chelsea last night - I didn't see you at the Club...

Dear “Captain” Tony and Khawla,

Apology for not publishing anything since the last week. In fact, I was sick and kept myself at home. I was tired and lazy. I thank God for the safety of our Captain and awaiting his return to the Blog . Also, I’m awaiting Khawla’s contribution as she has been faithful to the Blog. I wonder where Ahmed is and what happened to his journey. Any information?

Have a pleasant day.

Hello Firas, Khawla and blogmates,

I think it's time for me to come out of my 'hibernation' mode and re-join the blogosphere!

Health-wise, I am doing fine, Allhamdillileh, and had a check-up with my consultant this morning. I have to be patient and allow my body to adjust to some new parameters. Those who know me well can testify that patience isn't exactly my greatest virtue!

Despite the need for experienced teachers at the British Council, I am not going back for the immediate future. hence this gives time to re-launch this blog as a general forum for pre-IELTS students and post-IELTS veterans to help each other.

Take care everyone!

Bye for now

Tony
